For new members joining part way through the year, the sub is pro-rated, with the exception of Flexi Membership which runs for 12 months from commencement.
Full Playing Men's membership is currently full and we are not accepting applications for this category
Membership is still available in all other categories and a "Waitlist" is in place for Mens Full Playing. Members on the waitlist who have taken a 6 Day membership with the club will have first priority for Full Playing membership when it becomes available. The next priority will be those who have taken Flexi or Midweek memberships.

COURSE FEE
Members in all categories are required to pay a Course Fee of $2 for 18 Holes or $1 for 9 Holes or less.
Members can purchase an exemption to Course Fees by paying $120.00 (prorated for members joining part way through the year). The fee applies to all categories except 9 Hole membership where the applicable fee is $60.00

FLEXI-PLAY MEMBERSHIP
Full Playing membership doesn't work for everyone, especially if they only have limited opportunities through the year to play.
Flexi-Play Membership is a low entry cost membership that entitles player to play any day of the week, with the exception of Saturday mornings and enjoy most of the rights and privileges of Full Playing Membership.
The initial cost of $430 entitles members to play for a reduced charge for each round of golf throughout the year. The rate is set at 60% of our Affiliated green fee (this currently means $36.00 for 18 holes and $21.00 for 9 holes).
Members on this category have a full affiliation with NZ Golf and can play in all our club haggles, but not in Trophy events.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
This is a discounted membership category to encourage participation of couples (Married & De Facto) by discounting the combined Full Playing rate for 2 people by 10%.
Under this category, couples can also include membership for their children who are living with them up to the age of 21, at no charge, however proof of address may be required.

RESTRICTED fULL PLAYING MEMBERSHIP
This is a Full Playing Membership option which allows play every day of the week, but only after 3.00pm. Members in this Category hold an 18 hole handicap and can play either 9 or 18 holes.
CAFE, BAR & SHOP LOYALTY POINTS
Members receive loyalty points on most product purhases from the Cafe, Bar & Golf Shop. These loyalty points are kept in the Members house account and can be used to make future purchases. Loyalty points can be "topped up" by the member either through dotgolf or by payment at the club. (Top Ups via dotgolf incur a processing fee of 5%)
RECIPROCAL GREEN FEE ARRANGEMENTS
All members of Helensville Golf Club are eligible for reciprocal rates, at 50% green fees, to play at South Head & Mangawhai. Bookings to be made directly with these clubs.
